FAQs

How secure is AnzenOT?

AnzenOT is hosted on AWS, and all customer data is stored within an encrypted database. All user logins to AnzenOT require 2FA, and that's on top of complex passwords,  comprehensive logs, and an audit trail.

What is AnzenOT built on?

The product uses Django. This is an industry-standard development platform used by many well-known names. Django includes many features designed to keep code secure, including abstracting many of the features that cause problems with other platforms. We've also kept a BOM of other components used by AnzenOT. We'll send this to you on request.

How is my company data kept separate from other customer data?

Customer data is logically separated from other customer data. No customer will see any data belonging to another customer.

Can my company have it’s own database on AnzenOT

Yes. Let's discuss your requirements. There will be additional costs.

How much is AnzenOT, and what’s the licensing model?

AnzenOT is priced based on an annual fee and a cost per user. Contact us for a full breakdown of your requirements. We can also help you prepare a business case specific to your organization.

How does AnzenOT handle customer support, and what resources are available for assistance?

We'll respond as quickly as we can to all requests for support and assistance. One of our services is a facilitated proof-of-concept where we'll come to your facility and help you get up and running with AnzenOT. Talk to us for more information and costs.

What happens to my company data at the end of the subscription?

You'll retain read-only access to AnzenOT for 12 months after your subscription ends. All of your data will then be available to you in a JSON format before we completely delete it.
